Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant Procurement PT Asian Collections Garments

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the garment industry
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and fast typing skills
Male candidates are preferred
Age: 27–35 years old
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; graduates from IGTC / Textile School will be an advantage
Able to join immediately
Only candidates with garment industry experience will be processed

Tasks & Responsibilities

Update Raw Material (RM) status based on Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Send Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers and ensure confirmation
Monitor ETA and ensure delivery meets the due date according to lead time
Ensure compliance with Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements
Prepare and update Bill of Materials (BOM) for garment production
