Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant Marketing Manager Social Media PT The Clothes
- Assist in managing the planning, development and execution of content programing for Jade’s social channels including Instagram and Facebook etc.
- Assist in managing key Social Marketing priorities working with various cross functional teams including Campaigns and Content, Influencer, Brand Marketing, etc., thinking through strategy and channel execution while managing Creative and Marketing feedback
- Concept, develop and see-through the execution, publishing and results for content supporting campaigns and brands on Jade’s social channels
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and build strategic, impactful social content plans
- Inform strategies to test new social channels and product features where relevant
- Partner with our Operations team to review reports and summarize actionable insights to continue to evolve social content and build meaningful engagement with our followers
- Create and present strategy and hindsight decks to key stakeholders; articulate insights, trends, key learnings
- Any other duties assigned by Senior Management
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree / S1
- 2-3 years of Social Media Marketing experience. Experience in consumer lifestyle, retail or beauty experience is a plus
- Deep familiarity with social channels including Instagram and Facebook as well as emerging channels
- Agency experience, or equivalent experience working brand/client side in a highly cross-functional or matrixed organization with a high degree of collaboration and process-driven environment
- Excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing Social Media landscape and given scope of work as needed for the business
- A creative disposition; able to partner with Creative and Production teams and speak the same language
- Personable and flexible with demands and changes in extremely fast-moving business environment
- Voracious appetite and passion for Social Media
- Solid experience in collaborating with fashion luxury brands or lifestyle brands in on/off-line events and tie-ups
- Strong organizational and planning skills, being capable to work under pressure.
- Team working attitude and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a highly complex and changing environment
- Communication skill and leadership capable of cooperating with other teams
- Enjoys experimenting with new forms of digital communication and has an interest in e-commerce.
- Strong interest, passion, and vocabulary in fashion
- Fluent English is required
- Familiar with digital advertising and social media
