Job Description

As the General Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of restaurant operations, including staff management, cost control, service quality improvement, and cross-divisional coordination. You will also assist in developing marketing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining hygiene and occupational safety standards. Furthermore, you will serve as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring that all activities align with the company's vision and mission.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.

2. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

3. Strong teamwork and operational management skills.

4. Proven experience as a Japanese restaurant supervisor.

5. Excellent public speaking and general skills training abilities.

6. Experience in managing fresh food categories and a solid understanding of occupational health and safety (K3) regulations are highly advantageous.
