1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Indonesia, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
2. Open to fresh graduates. However, candidates with 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields will be given strong consideration.
3. Motivated, fast learner, and eager to grow in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
4. Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends or public holidays when required.
5. Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently with good attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well with cross-functional teams.
7. Familiar with basic tools and platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and marketplaces like Shopee or Tokopedia.
8. Willing to be placed at Sedayu City, Kelapa Gading (Cakung, Jakarta Timur).
