We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure team performance aligns with company targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Able to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic work environment
- Strong leadership skills with a high sense of responsibility
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
- Detail-oriented, agile, and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Capable of handling and analyzing data independently
- Familiar with sales systems such as ERP, Accurate, and WMS
- Able to process and analyze data using these systems
- Strong execution skills and able to follow management directions effectively
- Able to drive team performance to work efficiently and accurately
- Prior experience as Marketing Support is a plus
