Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Business or Civil Law
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the legal field, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Strong knowledge of corporate regulations, labor law, contract law, and other relevant legal frameworks.
Experience in handling corporate licensing, permits, and liaising with government institutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
