Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure effective implementation of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and PROPER compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental laws and government regulations.
- Drive Carbon Neutral initiatives, including CO2 emission calculation (Scope 1, 2, 3).
- Lead Zero Emission and sustainability programs (energy & water efficiency, resource optimization).
- Manage waste toward Zero Waste through Alternative Fuel (AF), Alternative Material (AM), and circular economy initiatives.
- Develop and execute CSR programs aligned with company sustainability goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Min. 5 years as AM Environment or 10 years as Environment Supervisor in manufacturing industry.
- Certified ISO 14001 EMS Auditor.
- Certified BNSP (PPPA / PPLB3 / PPPU).
- Strong knowledge of PROPER system and SIMPLE portal operation.
- Experienced in Carbon Neutral programs and CO2 (Scope 1, 2, 3) calculation.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
