We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as an Assistant with Legal/Law Background.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Legal Officer, or minimum 3 years of legal experience combined with at least 2 years of secretarial experience.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation, contracts, and corporate legal processes.
- Possess strong secretarial and administrative skills, including scheduling, correspondence handling, meeting coordination, and document management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling confidential information professionally.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
