Job Description
- Developing and executing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with prospective tenants to optimize retail space utilization.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and prospective business partners.
- Monitor occupancy rates, lease agreements, rental performance, and tenant requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support tenant onboarding, leasing administration, and operational requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential tenants and leasing opportunities.
- Prepare leasing reports, pipeline updates, and performance evaluations for management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have experience in leasing managerial level, preferably in shopping malls, retail, commercial property, or real estate.
- Good understanding of leasing processes, rental agreements, tenant relations, and retail business trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to identify business opportunities.
- Good analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
