RESPONSIBILITIES
- Nurturing and supporting employees and ensuring positive workplace environment.
- Creating effective hiring and recruitment process
- Design comprehensive onboarding programs and facilitate training and development initiatives to ensure that the new hire's feel welcome and supported
- Ensure the organization complies with employment laws, internal policies and industry standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Indonesian Citizen with High School diploma; 3 years experience in the Human Resources, Management Operations or related professional area
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic responsible and organized work
- Experienced minimum 2 years in the same position
