Job Requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA or personnel administration is preferred.
3. Basic understanding of HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave management, employment contracts, and personnel documentation.
4. Familiarity with General Affairs (GA) administration, including asset management, office inventory, stationery, operational vehicles, and office facilities.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Strong administrative, documentation, filing, and data management skills with high attention to detail.
7. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
8. Able to work independently, proactively, and responsibly.
9. Able to maintain the confidentiality of company information and employee records.
10. English Language is mandatory
Job Responsibilities :
1. Assist with HR administration, including employee data updates, attendance records, leave management, and personnel documentation.
2. Support recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and new employee administration.
3. Assist in managing employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
4. Support General Affairs administration, including asset inventory, office supplies, and office facilities.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to support daily office operations.
6. Ensure HRGA documents and records are properly organized, accurate, and up to date.
7. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables.
9. Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Working Arrangement :
Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00
