We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support the day-to-day HR operations across Nirvana Life Group. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and people operations while helping build a positive employee experience across our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate positions, working closely with department heads.
- Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle employee relations matters, including counseling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance review processes and support talent development initiatives.
- Organize training, onboarding programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Partner with managers to identify hiring and development needs.
- Support HR reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, fitness, wellness, retail, or other service industries.
- Strong experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
