Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant HR Manager Trad3mark Group Asia
- Partner with management to communicate Human Resource policies, procedures, programs and laws
- Proactively identifies gaps and process, propose and implement solutions for HR support team
- Periodic review of the remuneration packages, by benchmarking to the market trend
- Participate in compensation and benefits and review
- Responsible for the whole office recruitment processes from headcount budgeting, sourcing, selection, interviewing to on boarding of new joiner
- Participate in talent development from designing and implementation of the program
- Work with department heads on designing of target/KPIs that are relevant to the business needs
- Develop, implement and oversee training policies and procedure to achieve Company’s overall training plan and objective
- Lead employee engagement activities
- Responsible on employee medical and insurance schemes, payroll along with income tax.
- Update employees’ daily attendance, leave application, overtime, medical records, medical expenses and staff claim
- To prepare HR & Admin correspondence letter & memorandum
- To verify staff monthly claim to endure adhere company benefits & entitlement
- To perform other related tasks or ad-hoc HR & administrative jobs as and when assigned by superior
- Degree in Human Resource or an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Having 5+ years of experience in HR
- Preferably from Advertising industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and English-speaking skills
- Strong recruitment background will be an added advantage
- Proficient and well versed with Indonesia Employment Laws and Regulations
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills
