Assistant HR Manager – Retail & E-commerce
About Us
PT Stellaris Technology Indonesia is a fast-growing company operating across retail and e-commerce. We manage multiple consumer brands and are expanding our business through both online and offline channels, including LET ME STORE × LET ME COFFEE. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Assistant HR Manager to help build scalable HR systems, strengthen people operations, and support our next phase of expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR & GA operations for the head office and retail/e-commerce business.
- Handle Industrial Relations, including employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), disciplinary actions (SP1–SP3), mutual agreements, and communication with government authorities when required.
- Ensure payroll and statutory compliance, including BPJS, PPh 21, overtime, and THR.
- Lead recruitment for frontline and supervisory positions.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve attendance, scheduling, employee engagement, and retention.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, and HR analytics.
- Develop HR SOPs, policies, and processes to support business expansion.
- Supervise and guide one HR team member.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR Generalist experience, including 1–2 years handling end-to-end HR functions or leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law (UU Cipta Kerja & PP 35/2021).
- Experience in Retail, F&B, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
- Familiar with HRIS (Talenta, Mekari, Gadjian, Hadirr, or similar).
- Good English communication skills.
- Own a motorcycle/car with a valid driving license.
- Willing to work across Tangerang Office (Pergudangan 99, Kosambi Dadap) and Lippo Mall Puri
Nice to Have
Experience building HR systems from scratch.
Experience handling industrial relations cases.
Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Table, Lookup, etc.).
