Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant General Manager (Mandarin Speaker) Pt. Neho Global Trading
- Cooperating with the General Manager and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
- Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
- Provide day-to-day assistance and administrative support
- Handle secretarial duties including meetings, taking minutes of meetings,
- Ensure the decisions and instructions by the superior are properly carried out and communicated.
- Maintain a high level of integrity by keeping company information confidential
- Acting as an interpreter in meetings when required.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- Honest, Neat, and Initiative.
