The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) involves overseeing marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, managing digital and social media campaigns, leading content creation and strategy, coordinating with external partners and affiliates, and supporting the general manager in strategic decision-making. The AGM will also be responsible for managing a team of marketers, ensuring effective communication between departments, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role, is required. Candidates should possess strong skills in marketing communications, marketing management, affiliate marketing, B2B marketing, digital marketing, TikTok, social media, Chinese-Indonesian translation, team management, content marketing, and content strategy.
