The position of Assistant Front Office Manager offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a customer-centric mindset to contribute to the success of our hotel. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our guests receive a seamless and memorable stay.
As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. Key responsibilities include handling hotel reservations, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist in training new staff, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the front office. Your role will involve working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment that caters to the needs of our valued guests.
We are looking for a female candidate with a minimum of an SMA/SMK education level who possesses at least one to three years of experience in the hospitality industry. You should have strong customer service skills, particularly in the areas of hotel reservations and reception. We value individuals who can work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
