Personal Assistant Fashion Management- Retail Operations Manager
Location: Umalas, Kerobokan – Bali
Salary: IDR 5,000,000/month + performance bonus on retail sales and brand growth.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and trustworthy Personal & Business Assistant to support the daily operations of multiple businesses, including an emerging fashion brand and a boutique spa.
Main Responsibilities
Fashion Brand
• Coordinate and follow up with production and suppliers.
• Monitor collection development and production timelines.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory and shipping logistics.
• Develop and manage consignment partnerships with boutiques and retail stores.
• Contact potential stockists and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Assist with sales operations and order fulfillment.
Business & Personal Assistance
• Support day-to-day business operations across different projects.
• Assist with scheduling, organization and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings and manage priorities.
• Handle various personal and business-related errands when required.
Boutique Spa (1 day per week)
• Support the management of the spa boutique.
• Assist with operational organization and customer experience.
• Coordinate suppliers and help optimize daily activities.
Requirements
• Must currently live in Bali.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Experience in fashion, retail, production, sales, marketing, hospitality or business administration is a plus.
• Confident in building relationships with boutiques and business partners.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
