We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer to support both design and production operations.
This role is not only about fashion creativity — we need someone who can manage timelines, coordinate production schedules, ensure product quality, and handle technical details accurately.
This is a full-time work-from-office position (Monday–Saturday).
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle suit development & production process
* Understand basic pattern drafting and garment construction
* Take accurate body and garment measurements
* Coordinate production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
* Follow up with tailors, vendors, and production team daily
* Monitor fitting schedules and production progress
* Conduct quality control (QC) checks on finished products
* Ensure measurements, finishing, and product details meet standards
Requirements:
* Understand fashion production workflow and garment construction
* Able to measure garments and body measurements accurately
* Detail-oriented and able to spot mistakes or inconsistencies
* Strong time management and task coordination skills
* Able to handle multiple deadlines and follow-ups
* Responsible, organized, and proactive
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Able to communicate clearly with production team and clients
* Willing to work from office, Monday–Saturday
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in fashion design, tailoring, atelier, or garment production
* Familiar with QC process and production coordination
* Able to read patterns and understand fitting adjustments
