Assistant Director - Mandarin Speaker

Job Description:

• Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal/external clients
• Translation for Indonesian Bahasa/Chinese mandarin
• Managing the CEO’s diary, meetings, and appointments
• Developing efficient documentation and filing system
• Key customer contract management

Qualifications:

• Language Skill: Fluent in Indonesian and Mandarin(mandatory), Basic English communication;
• Proficient in using Microsoft office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint/etc.);
• Understand the basic rules of doing business in Indonesia(Contract Signing/Invoicing/Payment/tax)

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor of Finance and Accounting or International Business
• Internship or work experience in a foreign company
• Overseas study or work experience

Work Placement:
