Key Responsibilities
1. Content Production (Creative Execution)
- Video Content: Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shopee Video) including music selection, transitions, and subtitles.
- Carousel & Graphics: Design aesthetic and informative carousel posts (product catalogs, educational content, or promos) aligned with the client’s brand identity.
- Copywriting: Craft engaging captions and persuasive "hooks" to drive engagement and sales.
2. Client Assistant & Coordination
- Client Point of Contact: Coordinate with clients to gather content materials (photos/videos) and manage day-to-day communication.
- Feedback Management: Document client revisions and ensure they are implemented accurately and on time.
- Content Scheduling: Maintain the content calendar to ensure all posts go live according to the strategy.
3. Research & Ideation
Stay updated with viral trends and e-commerce algorithm changes to implement in client strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience working in E-commerce, Digital Agencies, or managing Online Shops is highly preferred.
- Proficient in mobile editing apps (CapCut/VN) or PC software (Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Strong communication skills for professional client interaction.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
