Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant Business Development Manager PT. Bawayu Pratama Jaya
- Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals in an aggressive time-frame
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the Company
- Build long term relationship with all business partners
- Collaborate well with key internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate and to provide resolutions to business partners’ queries as required
- Acts as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager
- Represents Country Manager in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders
- Acts as the liaison between Country Manager and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time
- Participates with the Country Manager and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
- Adheres to and has knowledge of all company policies and procedures
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective operations and overall operations of the team
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or the equivalent experience
- Resilient and adaptable: reacts to change, ambiguity, and uncertainty with openness and confidence; leads swiftly and effectively
- Strong bias for action. Works very fast
- Demonstrates accountability: accepts responsibility for one’s own performance/actions: follows through on commitments with a strong sense of urgency
