Job Description
- Own and execute brand/marketing strategy with a primary KPI of driving online sales growth.
- Lead and manage the KOL & Affiliate team — sourcing, negotiation, campaign strategy, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Plan integrated campaigns across e-commerce, social, KOL, and affiliate channels, all tied to measurable sales impact.
- Partner with Sales, E-commerce, Creative, and Product to build commercially effective campaigns.
- Conduct beauty market/competitor research to spot trends and growth opportunities.
- Build data-driven campaign strategy, messaging, and creative briefs.
- Track campaign/sales performance (ROAS, conversion, GMV) and turn data into action.
Requirements
- 3+ years in brand, digital marketing, or e-commerce — must have direct experience leading a KOL & Affiliate team, not just coordinating with agencies.
- Demonstrated track record of driving online sales growth — able to show numbers from past campaigns.
- Beauty/skincare/personal care industry experience strongly preferred.
- Familiar with local KOL/influencer ecosystem (macro/micro/nano) and affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, etc).
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with e-commerce/campaign dashboards.
- Prior team leadership experience, strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, commercial, fast-paced, passionate about beauty & digital trends.
