About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accounting Manager to support our finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily accounting activities, financial reporting, compliance, and team coordination while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations and month-end closing processes.
✅ Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
✅ Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
✅ Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
✅ Assist in developing and improving accounting procedures and internal controls.
✅ Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong communication and leadership abilities.
