Deskripsi pekerjaan Asset Management Consultant – Project Based Pt Satkomindo Mediyasa
- Assess and evaluate the client's existing asset management processes, procedures, and data.
- Conduct asset management gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and improve asset management workflows, SOPs, and governance.
- Define asset classification, asset hierarchy, asset identification, and data standards.
- Provide methodology and guidance for physical asset verification, tagging, inventory, and reconciliation.
- Supervise and provide direction to the field team during asset inventory and verification activities.
- Validate and analyze asset data, including asset location, condition, ownership, status, and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies between physical assets and existing asset records.
- Develop recommendations for asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, utilization, transfer, maintenance, and disposal.
- Recommend suitable asset management tools/system requirements and digitalization opportunities.
- Translate business and operational requirements into functional requirements for an Asset Management System.
- Prepare management reports, findings, gap analysis, and improvement recommendations.
- Act as the subject matter expert and main consultant for asset management throughout the project.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management, Fixed Asset Management, Physical Asset Management, EAM, or related consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Asset Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Strong experience in physical asset inventory, asset verification, reconciliation, asset classification, and asset data management.
- Experience developing or improving asset management processes and SOPs.
- Strong understanding of the asset lifecycle management concept.
- Experience handling large-scale asset inventory or asset management improvement projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in logistics, port, transportation, manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, telecommunications, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with EAM / CMMS / ERP / Asset Management Systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 55000/55001 is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
