Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock opname at warehouses and retail stores
- Follow up on PICA (Problem Identification and Corrective Action) from stock opname findings
- Perform stock adjustments based on official reports or internal memos
- Organize and archive stock opname documents in Google Drive
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of company asset and inventory data
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any major
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Familiar with Google Drive and digital filing systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in inventory management, stock auditing, or asset control is a plus
