Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Lead Generation & Client Development
- Identify and approach new project leads including developers, contractors, consultants, and architects.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders involved in construction projects.
- Actively expand project pipelines through networking, site visits, and market intelligence.
2. Product Presentation & Solution Selling
- Present company products and aluminum system solutions in a professional, persuasive, and consultative manner.
- Understand client needs and project requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions.
3. Quotation, Negotiation & Closing
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and supporting documents for projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility.
4. Project Monitoring & Post-Sales Support
- Monitor ongoing project execution to ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery.
- Provide post-sales support and coordination when required to maintain client satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Administration
- Report sales activities, pipeline progress, and closing performance to management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and project status.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project sales, construction, interior, building materials, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with aluminum systems, windows, doors, façade, or architectural products is a strong advantage.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Own a motorcycle or vehicle and hold a valid SIM C/A.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
- Willing to be relocated to project areas including Jakarta, Bandung, and Bali.
- Willing to undergo training in Jakarta prior to project placement.
