Ricky Abraham MC is looking for an energetic, adaptable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to join the team in Bandung, West Java.

Preferably male, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enjoys meeting new people, loves creativity, and is excited to be part of the behind-the-scenes process of professional events. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with Ricky Abraham throughout the entire event journey: from preparation, on-site execution, until post-event wrap-up.

What we’re looking for:

* Energetic, proactive, and adaptable personality

* Able to communicate in English confidently (spoken and written)

* Can ride a motorcycle and drive a car

* Organized, neat, detail-oriented, and dependable

* Creative and interested in content creation or social media

* Willing to learn new things and grow together

* Able to work in fast-moving environments and under flexible schedules

* Experience as a Personal Assistant is not mandatory, but will be considered a strong advantage

What you’ll do in:

* Accompany and support Ricky Abraham during event activities, from pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, to post-event needs

* Manage schedules, reminders, travel arrangements, and daily operational needs

* Assist with event preparation, coordination, and communication with clients or event teams

* Handle administrative tasks, document preparation, and other supporting responsibilities

* Capture behind-the-scenes moments and contribute to content creation for social media

* Create engaging content ideas aligned with the Ricky Abraham brand

* Help ensure every event runs smoothly through proactive support and attention to detail

* Be ready to adapt quickly to changing schedules and dynamic event situations
