As a Mandarin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal teams with Chinese translations and language assistance. Key responsibilities include translating documents in communication. You will also assist in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, contributing to the seamless operation of our business. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date translation resources and databases, enhancing the efficiency of our translation processes.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong foundation in both Chinese and Indonesian languages. We value experience in the range of 1 to 3 years. Essential skills include proficiency in Chinese-Indonesian translation, a solid understanding of the Chinese language, and the ability to translate accurately and efficiently. Candidates must also be able to use Microsoft Office.
Candidates must be willing to take business trips if necessary and willing to be placed outside Jakarta.
