Assistant GM Criteria
1. Strong communication skills
2. Able to coordinate effectively between departments
3. Possesses leadership qualities and a strong sense of responsibility
4. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
5. Understands company operations and administrative processes
6. Capable of preparing reports and monitoring work progress
7. Strong problem-solving skills
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
9. Bilingual ability is a plus (Indonesian–Mandarin / English)
10. Able to maintain company confidentiality and work professionally
Assistant GM Job Description
1. Assist the GM in managing daily company operations
2. Organize and monitor work schedules and departmental progress
3. Act as a communication bridge between the GM and employees
4. Prepare operational, administrative, and performance evaluation reports
5. Assist in monitoring company targets and KPIs
6. Coordinate internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes
7. Help resolve operational issues within the company
8. Ensure company SOPs are implemented properly
9. Assist in following up with vendors, clients, and business partners
10. Perform other tasks assigned directly by the GM or directors based on company needs
11. Willing to accompany business trips both domestically and internationally.
