Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires (preparation of documents, IT setup) and assist with exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee files, including contracts, personal data, and attendance records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll preparation by providing data on absences, bonuses, and new hires; help administer employee benefits (health insurance, leave).
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, answering basic questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office administrative work, such as scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
