Job Description:
As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR Manager and the operations team to ensure all HR processes run smoothly, from recruitment to fostering a healthy and creative work culture. You will play an important role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent in a dynamic agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creative recruitment process: preparing and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Manage employee databases, attendance records, employment contracts, and other personnel documents.
- Prepare and support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in developing training programs, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
- Support the implementation of HR policies in line with the agency’s values and culture.
- Support internal activities such as team building, employee engagement, and company events.
- Act as a liaison between the creative team and management regarding employee needs and well-being.
- Understand labor laws and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong communication skills, able to work across departments, and sensitive to the dynamics of creative teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital tools such as Google Workspace, HRIS system, and more.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
