Located in Kelapa Dua, Kab. Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia, our preschool is dedicated to creating a warm, stimulating environment where young learners can thrive. We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our mission of inspiring curiosity and confidence in our students. The Teaching Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher by assisting with daily activities, preparing materials, and engaging with students in a variety of educational and creative tasks. Responsibilities include helping to maintain a safe and organized learning environment, assisting with lesson preparation, supporting children during activities, and communicating regularly with parents about student progress. The TA will also collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure that the Montessori philosophy is consistently applied throughout the school day.
We are seeking a female candidate with an Associate Degree in Education or a related field. Candidates should have a strong command of the English language, as well as basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Canva Design to help create visual learning materials. While prior experience in early childhood education is an advantage, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our supportive and dynamic team.
