ADMIN ACCOUNTING (DATA ENTRY)
PT. Dekorasi Rumah Unik – Homeware Depo Bali
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Admin Accounting to support our finance team. This role is focused on accurate data entry, financial recording, and daily administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate financial data (sales, expenses, inventory)
- Perform daily reconciliation and basic bookkeeping
- Organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents
- Support monthly reporting and closing
- Assist with administrative finance tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years experience
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Able to work fast, structured, and under pressure
- Good discipline and responsibility (no frequent mistakes or delays)
- Basic knowledge of accounting systems (Xero /Zoho/ Excel preferred)
- Tax knowledge is a strong advantage

- Can handle repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
