Asisten Account Manager

DCT Agency is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to lead end-to-end campaign execution while building strong relationships with brands and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including client outreach, proposal development, negotiation, budgeting, project coordination, campaign maintenance, and performance reporting.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with brands and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to re-engage existing clients and drive repeat business for DCT Agency.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
• Oversee incoming endorsement and campaign requests from the Sales team through revenue tracking worksheets and internal coordination channels.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and proactively address potential issues to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional campaign results.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to achieving team revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management, Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Results-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising agencies, or talent management agencies is a strong advantage.
