We represent our client, a growing company in the digital commerce industry that connects users with leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. Through cashback, referral programs, and community activities, they provide users with rewarding and engaging online shopping experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify suitable artists and talents for brand campaigns and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, celebrities, talent managers, and agencies.
- Negotiate talent fees, contracts, deliverables, schedules, and collaboration terms.
- Manage end-to-end artist collaborations, from sourcing and coordination to campaign execution.
- Coordinate with Marketing, KOL, Content, and Business Development teams.
- Maintain artist databases and monitor entertainment and social media trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Artist Management, Talent Management, KOL/Influencer Management, or the entertainment industry.
- Strong network of artists, celebrities, talent managers, and entertainment agencies.
- Proven experience negotiating talent fees and commercial collaboration agreements.
- Experience handling brand campaigns, endorsements, or events is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple talents and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, professional, target-oriented, and knowledgeable about entertainment trends and talent branding.
