Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Art Teacher to guide children in art and craft activities, helping them create good art or craft masterpieces. As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating lessons and class activities, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the studio in collaboration with the Principal or Outlet Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide children in creating art or craft projects.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate class activities and lessons based on the Teaching Manual.
- Assist the Principal/Outlet Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate staff when needed.
- Stand in for the Principal/Outlet Manager during their absence.
- Serve as the Core Teacher for assigned classes and manage all related responsibilities.
- Ensure clear and open communication between the outlet, management, staff, and parents.
- Oversee administrative duties and ensure compliance with the studio’s policies.
- Address and resolve feedback or complaints from parents and staff in a professional manner.
- Provide regular updates to the principals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a preschool or kindergarten environment.
- Interest in art and craft activities.
- Training will be provided.
