About Us
Blossom Art Studio is a growing art education studio offering drawing, painting, and creative art programs for children and students of various ages(include adults).
We are looking for two creative, enthusiastic, responsible, and versatile Art Teachers & Studio Coordinators who are passionate about art education and enjoy working with children. We value creativity, reliability, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude. We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop their professional skills, build a long-term career, and grow together with our studio.
Key Responsibilities
Art Teaching & Educational Activities
- Teach drawing, watercolor, acrylic painting, and creative art classes.
- Prepare art materials and develop lesson plans and creative projects.
- Guide students according to their ages, abilities, and individual progres
- Assist with classes and maintain a clean, organized studio.
Studio Administration, Communication & Enrollment
- Manage student attendance, schedules, and class packages.
- Communicate with parents and prospective students via WhatsApp.
- Handle enrollment inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain records using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage social media and assist with studio promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D2) or higher.
- Background in Fine Arts, Painting, Art Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; teaching experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Korean language proficiency is a plus.
- Good watercolor and acrylic painting skills.
- Friendly, patient, creative, flexible, and enjoys working with children.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and well-organized.
- Good communication skills and basic Excel proficiency.
- Willing to learn and grow professionally with the studio.
