About Alayang
Alayang transforms traditional Balinese bamboo kites into contemporary artworks, handmade in Bali by local artisans. We work with interior designers, architects, hotels, restaurants, developers, galleries, and private clients. We are growing and looking for an energetic, outgoing, and creative person to help build the brand.
The Role
You will help grow Alayang through sales, client relationships, partnerships, and marketing.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Find and approach potential clients and business partners
- Build strong relationships with interior designers, architects, hotels, restaurants, and retailers
- Present our collection and share the story behind our artworks
- Follow up on leads and turn commercial opportunities into sales.
- Help manage Instagram, create engaging content, and tell the story of our artisans.
- Support collaborations, exhibitions, pop-ups, and special events.
Note: You will have full support from our internal admin team, allowing you to focus on clients, sales, and growth rather than paperwork.
Who We're Looking For:
- Indonesian national, preferably female
- Fluent or near-fluent in English
- Confident, friendly, and great at building relationships
- Interested in art, design, interiors, and Balinese culture
- Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to develop new business
- Creative and comfortable managing social media
- Able to work independently, meet clients, and travel around Bali
- Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, interior design, art, or marketing is an advantage (personality, initiative, and enthusiasm matter just as much as experience).

- Base salary IDR 4M - 6M + attractive sales commission (uncapped earning potential)
