We are looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative efforts and produce high-quality visuals that align with brand identity and marketing goals. As an Art Director, you will translate objectives into impactful creative strategies, collaborate across teams, and mentor a talented group of designers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with project goals and brand identity.
- Oversee and create visuals for various platforms, including print, digital, and multimedia.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with copywriters and other departments to create cohesive campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
- Review and approve designs, ensuring attention to detail and brand alignment.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
- Experience in agency / advertising company
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to align creative work with strategic marketing objectives.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving.
