ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Own the creative direction for photo & video production outputs.
2. Translate approved concepts into production-ready direction (visual mood, style, references).
3. Create and approve moodboards, shotlists, and production guidelines.
4. Direct photo & video shoots to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
5. Guide photographers, videographers, talents, and crews during production.
6. Ensure lighting, framing, styling, and visual storytelling meet Qoar standards.
7. Review and quality-control raw and edited photo/video outputs.
8. Align closely with project leads (SMS / PMS) on production needs and timelines.
9. Ensure production deliverables match the approved concept and client promise.
10. Maintain and improve visual production standards across projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. 2+ years experience in photo & video production or art direction.
2. Strong visual taste and storytelling skills (editorial, commercial, or cinematic).
3. Hands-on experience directing shoots and production crews.
4. Deep understanding of lighting, composition, styling, and visual mood.
5. Able to give clear, actionable direction and feedback on set and in post-production.
6. Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and calm under production pressure.
7. Comfortable working within timelines and production constraints.
8. Fluent in English
9. Ability to WFO at HeadQOARter Surabaya and travel when needed.
