Art Director/Senior Creative Designer

MISO Pet Food is looking for an Art Director / Senior Creative Designer to become the internal creative lead for our brand. In this role, you'll help shape how MISO looks and feels across every touchpoint — from campaigns, product launches, packaging, social media, e-commerce, to events and offline materials.

We're looking for someone who can do more than execute briefs. You should be able to develop ideas independently, build moodboards and visual direction, brainstorm concepts, and bring ideas from initial concept to final execution.

You'll work across:

• Campaign concepts, key visuals, social media, and digital assets
• Branding, packaging, catalogues, and product launches
• E-commerce visuals, banners, ads, and product displays
• Booth, event, signage, and offline materials
• Packaging mock-ups, dielines, and print-ready files
• Basic video editing and motion assets for content

We're looking for someone with strong visual taste, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to move comfortably between creative direction and hands-on execution.
