Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong brand vision and a unique visual marketing strategy.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high visual quality and timely delivery.
- Utilize various tools such as Adobe Illustrator, photo editing software, CapCut, video editing tools, Canva, photography, product design, copywriting, design thinking, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop to produce high-quality content.
- Oversee and manage projects effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet the highest standards.
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year of proven experience as Creative or Art Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Having a passion for art and a background in graphic design.
- Expertise in visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the abi-lity to work under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
- Ability to develop a creative storyboard, and ensure consis-tency in design and branding.
- Able to lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to produce high-quality creative work.
