Job Description
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements
- Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation
- Create 3D models and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape
- Deliver high-quality 3D renderings for presentation and client approval
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor and ensure design implementation accuracy
- Assist in preparing project timelines, schedules, and progress tracking
- Ensure design execution aligns with project standards, quality, and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Architecture or Interior Design projects
- Passionate about Architecture and Interior Design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction methods, and detailing
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently with strong initiative
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong design aesthetics
- Willing to conduct on-site supervision and field coordination regular
