About the Project:
We are passionate about creating a natural learning environment for our community. This project will require the conceptualization of a new school building that fosters collaboration, creativity, and a love of learning, all integrated with the nature
Your Role:
As a freelance architectural conceptual artist, you will be responsible for creating the following visuals to bring our vision to life:
- 1 Conceptual Site Plan with Diagrams: This plan should clearly illustrate the proposed location of the school building within the site, including key elements like courtyards, playgrounds, and parking areas.
- 1 Conceptual Axonometric Sketch: This isometric drawing will provide a clear 3D perspective of the entire school development, showcasing the overall massing and layout.
- 3 Perspective Sketches: We envision three captivating perspective sketches that will showcase different key areas of the school from various viewpoints.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an architectural conceptual artist with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills.
- A clear understanding of architectural design principles and concepts.
- The ability to create visually compelling sketches that capture the essence of a design.
- Proficiency in architectural visualization software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
