Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Presales Engineer/Specialist in an IT System Integrator or IT Consulting company.
• Strong experience in Smart Office Solutions, including:
o Audio Visual & Display Solutions
o Room Booking Systems
o Office Automation Systems
• Experience with Security Solutions:
o CCTV
o Access Control Systems
• Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Network:
o Server
o Storage
o Networking
o Database Systems
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel when required.
Responsibilities
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Design and propose Smart Office, Security, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare technical proposals, Bill of Quantity (BoQ), KAK, and wiring/schematic diagrams.
• Coordinate project handover and support implementation with the Project Management team.
• Maintain strong relationships with principals, distributors, and technology partners.
• Stay updated with new technologies, products, and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions from multiple vendors based on project requirements.
