Deskripsi pekerjaan Arsitek Landscape PT Danayasa Arthatama (SCBD)
Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape concepts and designs for estate areas, green open spaces, pedestrian areas, plazas, entrances, streetscapes, and other public areas.
- Develop architectural designs for public and common areas within the estate to ensure that the designs comply with the established concepts and design standards.
- Prepare project cost estimates for architectural works to be carried out within the estate to ensure the accuracy of project cost data and calculations.
- Monitor contractors' performance on architectural works in public and common areas to ensure that the implementation complies with the approved design, specifications, and contractual agreements.
- Prepare work progress and project completion reports to ensure the availability of supporting documentation for contractor payment processing.
- Perform duties in compliance with the Company's quality policies and procedures (ISO 9001:2008) and applicable procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Lanscape Architect, preferably in property development, estate management, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or similar projects.
- Experience in designing and developing public areas, common areas, outdoor spaces, and estate facilities is highly preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction drawings, material specifications, and construction processes.
- Able to prepare cost estimates, quantity calculations, and project budgets for architectural works.
- Willing to conduct site inspections and field supervision as required.
