REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Based in Bali or willing to move to Bali immedietly
- Have experience in designing villa and residence is a plus
- Able to work with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape or other rendering applications
- Have strong knowledge about building material & building stucture
- Able to work under pressure
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Communication with customers from the initial design phase until the house is completed
- Consepting building design & Create design development
- Producing 2D Drawing & 3D Drawing
- Monitor progress on-site in accordance with the approved design
- create RAB based on the existing design
