What you’ll do:
1. Curate, create, and present detailed reports using logs and data.
2. Study crop productivity, water and waste management, and apply fertilizer as needed.
3. Develop planting and irrigation schedules, budgets, and timelines.
4. Research plant diseases, pests, and effective control methods.
5. Analyze plantation performance and recommend improvements.
What we’re looking for:
1. Strong knowledge of soil science, crop production, and plant biology.
2. Proficient in data analysis and interpreting research findings.
3. Excellent communication skills for advising teams and stakeholders.
4. 2–3 years of experience in agricultural research or equivalent.
5. Awareness of industry trends and technology.
6. Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
7. ABLE TO SPEAK and WRITE / COMPREHEND English on a professional level.
8. Willing to work on site MONDAY - SATURDAY
Nice to have:
Further education or additional experience in agronomy or related fields
