We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Supervisor / Operations Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading teams to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operational activities
Monitor operational performance and KPI achievements
Ensure all operational processes run efficiently and effectively
Coordinate with internal departments to improve workflow
Develop operational strategies and process improvements
Lead, train, and motivate operational teams
Prepare operational reports for management review
